Using our proprietary tracking software, we monitor insurance for the life of each investment, better assuring it renews without lapse and continues to adhere to the requirements established at closing. Monitoring insurance on an on-going basis prevents lapses in insurance or material changes to coverage that otherwise might not be discovered until a loss occurs or until bring-downs are done.
